Do I need a new website to work with you?
No. If your current site works, we'll keep it and improve it. If it's slow, hard to use on a phone, or not bringing in calls, we'll recommend a redesign and give you a fixed quote first.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Local businesses that serve customers in a specific area: restaurants and cafés, contractors and home services, med spas and salons, dental and health practices, shops, pet care and more.
Is ad spend included in your packages?
No. Your ad budget is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account, so you always see exactly what's spent. Our packages cover planning, building and managing the ads.
Do you lock me into a contract?
No. Packages are month-to-month. Website builds are one-time projects with a fixed quote before we start.
How quickly will I see results?
Ads and review requests can start working within weeks. SEO takes longer, usually a few months, because Google needs time to trust changes. We'll set honest expectations in your plan.
Do you filter out bad reviews?
No. Every customer gets the same invitation to leave a review. Sending only happy customers to review sites, known as review gating, breaks Google's rules and the FTC's Consumer Reviews Rule.
Customers can also reply to us privately so you can fix a problem, but that never replaces the review link.
